A story that began long before CUCOLIE

In 1967, my grandparents opened a small leatherworking shop in the family home in Vic. There they learned the craft, piece by piece, with their hands and with patience. Over time, that workshop became the place where the whole family grew up.

I grew up among hides, patterns, and tools, watching people who had spent their whole lives dedicated to this craft. I learned to value the time it takes to do things well, and the difference you can feel when each piece is made by hand, with care.

At 22, I decided to take it a step further: to carry on that family legacy, but through my own eyes. That's how CUCOLIE was born, a young brand built on generations of craftsmanship.

We still work in Vic, with the same care as always. Every bag that leaves our workshop carries that legacy inside.
