Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your CUCOLIE bag. You have 30 calendar days from receipt of your order to request a return.

Conditions: the item must be unused, in its original packaging and tags, and in perfect condition.

Legal right of withdrawal: in accordance with current regulations, you have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw from the purchase without needing to provide a reason.

Return costs: for returns not due to an error on our part or a defect in the item, €5 will be deducted from the refunded amount to cover handling and shipping costs.

Defective items or our error: if you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return costs and provide a full refund, repair, or replacement.
